Orders can not be canceled once they are placed because the shipping process starts so quickly. However, you can exchange your item for something else within 12 days after delivery.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org we will answer your email within 1-3 business days. Please include your order number on questions about your orders.
If your order has already been packaged and is ready to be sent out we can not add anything to your order.
We have a strict no pick up policy.
If your item breaks with in 12 days of delivery, we will replace the item on us. (only applies to accessories)

Email us as soon as possible. If your order has been sent out, it is out of our hands and we will wait for it's return and correct the address if it comes back to us (see shipping policy in the footer menu below). If it has not been shipped, but has been packaged and labeled you will need to re-pay for shipping.
