It must also be in the original packaging and if a clothing item, it must still have the tags on it. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The items need to be sent back at your cost and we will give you a code for your store credit at the amount of the item(s) purchased. This will not include shipping cost. We only exchange items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size. Shipping costs are non-refundable.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
